Hadji Alexander Maloumian is an attorney and government affairs professional with extensive experience working within all levels of Philadelphia city government. Utilizing his extensive relationships throughout local government, Hadji leads the firm on all issues in Philadelphia.
Hadji has successfully represented Fortune 500 corporations, trade associations, real-estate developers, technology start-ups, and non-profits before Philadelphia City Council and the Administration.
Prior to joining Hazzouri & Associates, Hadji served as the Legislative Director to Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown and Legislative Counsel to Councilman William “Bill” Green.
Hadji earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Hadji is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
